We have low shipping rates for orders under $100.
It is only $3 plus 10% of your order.

If it is significantly more or less, you will receive a refund or an additional amount may be requested.
If you need a rush order or expedited shipping service, please email us and we will try to accommodate.
If you leave a note with a need-by date, especially for a preorder item, please be sure to contact us first to confirm. If we can't get your item to you in time without prior notice, we are unable to cancel your order as we don't accept cancellations.
Most orders under 13 ounces in weight will ship First Class in an envelope, unless otherwise requested.
Anything over 13 ounces, usually ships Priority Mail, or UPS Ground for larger orders.
If you want to guarantee that your order will ship in a box, please leave us a note in the Comments section when you checkout.
If it is a significant increase in shipping costs, we can send you an invoice.
Express Mail or expedited UPS shipping is offered. We will have to calculate the costs and send you an invoice for the additional amount.

How do the Reward Points work?
Customers love the Reward Points! You will accumulate 1 point for every dollar you spend. When you get to 100, you can redeem them for a $5 Gift Certificate to use for anything on the site. Make sure you create an account first to earn points and that you are logged into your account for every purchase.
How long does it take until my order ships?
Shipping time varies depending on current volume of orders. We are not a large company, but we are constantly trying to get your orders out as soon as possible.
Current turnaround time averages between 3-7 days for in-stock items. If you need an order sooner, leave a note when you checkout and we'll do our best to get it to you in time.
If an item is out of stock, we may substitute for a similar one or refund.
Most preorders usually take approximately 3 weeks, but we can't guarantee an arrival date. We submit orders weekly and will ship out packages as soon as we receive them.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal and Credit Cards.
Returns will only be accepted on items that have defects. An exchange or money back will be issued when the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition it was received. We stand behind our products. Due to our wholesale nature and high-volume of orders, we can't inspect every item before it gets sent out of our warehouse, but if there is an issue, please contact us. We cannot issue refunds on preorders due to a late arrival as shipping from overseas sometimes encounters delays and is out of our control.

How often do items get restocked and New items arrive?
All the time! We are constantly receiving shipments and trying to expand the products we carry by adding New items. If there is something you would like to see us sell on the site, just send us a suggestion through an email.
I'm looking for a larger quantity than what it shows you have available to purchase.
No problem! Again, send us an email and we can probably order how many you need.
Some products may contain small parts. Always supervise your child when they are wearing such items.
